Job Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Pixelap, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging visuals that communicate our clients’ messages effectively. You’ll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to design digital assets, branding materials, and multimedia content. This role is perfect for someone with strong creative instincts, a passion for design trends, and the ability to take a project from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual designs.
• Create and design a wide range of marketing materials, including websites, social media content, digital ads, infographics, and presentations.
• Develop brand identities, logos, and graphic guidelines for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and mediums, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to present design concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, ensuring our work is fresh and innovative.
• Work with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, strategy) to deliver cohesive and high-quality final products.
• Take part in brainstorming and idea-generation sessions to create unique design solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital agency or creative environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar design tools).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create responsive web designs, marketing materials, social media graphics, and branding elements.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creative problem-solving.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across different mediums and platforms.
