Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in giving our clients what they deserve the best. However, sometimes it may so happen that we fail to satisfy them.

In that case, a client is free to ask for a refund from us. We exercise a 7 days refund policy whereby a client can request a refund within 7 days of receiving his or her product. He or she is to clearly specify the reason for the cancellation of the order that he or she had placed and contact our support team to inform them of the same. A client is to submit the request containing the reason for the cancellation and thus the refund,

  • Along with his or her name,
  • Contact details,
  • The details of the mode of payment that he or she had used.

It is to be noted that our team reserves all rights to warrant such a cancellation request. If we, on careful, unbiased consideration, deem it fit to refund the money to the client, the process will be initiated. We usually take a few days to start the procedure. However, our team is prompt in replying to such requests and these are taken up very seriously by the company. Our client has the flexibility to get in touch with us whenever he or she thinks is right. If it is within our office hours, we immediately look into the matter, while if it is beyond our office hours, we look into the request on the very next working day.

By ordering for any of Pixelap services, you are stating that you have read and accepted all of the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

Design

We provide a lot of design services through our website. Such as Graphic Design( Logo & Brand Identity, Print Design, Visual & Art, T-Shirts & Merchandise, Social Media Design, etc.), UI & UX Design, Illustrations, Video & Animation. This policy is applicable to all these design categories.

  • Full refund: In cases where the project has not been started in 7 days. The Full Refund policy will initiate after receive the upfront payment date and will take 21 days to refund the amount.
  • Partial refund: If the initial design style has not been approved. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.
  • No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.

Development

Web development projects require extensive resources, consume our time, and incurs internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project gets canceled, delayed, or postponed by the CLIENT, then all money paid will be retained by Pixelap and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the CLIENT for all work completed beyond what was already paid for. No exceptions.

Marketing

  • Full refund: In order to obtain a refund in full for digital marketing service, you must request one in writing or on the phone with authority within 24 hours of ordering. We carry out no work on your website beyond evaluation and the creation of a marketing plan and competition analysis for the first 24 hours of your subscription. So 24 hours is ample time for you to change your mind should you chose to do so.

  • Partial refund: From 1 day to 7 days, you will be eligible for a partial refund. You will receive your refund less any purchases of digital marketing services we have done on your behalf up until that point. You will continue to receive those services under this agreement as once they are created, most can not be removed. You also agree that we will also deduct 25% of your original payment for personnel costs we have incurred servicing your account up to this point.

  • No refunds: After the initial 7 days of starting your subscription for services, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund of any kind. By this time we have invested many hours in time, creatives creation, link building, and other marketing efforts to build your brand. If you wish us to no longer provide you services we will stop all work on your account at this point. However, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Package

Our end goal is to provide you the best value for your money. That's why we created 3 packages for our clients. If you already place an order on any of the packages, In order to obtain a refund in full for the package, you must request one in writing or on the phone with authority within 24 hours of ordering. If you request us after 2-30 days of order, You will receive your refund less. We will deduct payment for what we have done on your behalf up until that point.

Subscription

We strive to provide the best experience for our customers. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting a refund for our subscription-based services. We have a policy for canceling our subscription-based services that require a 30-day notice. This means you can cancel your subscription whenever you want, but you need to let us know at least one month in advance. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will start counting the days, and you will continue to be billed until the 30-day period is over.

Procedure for Requesting Refund

To request a refund, please request a refund by sending an email to us. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests over 7 days will not be accepted and only credit will be provided for completion of service/change of service. We will complete processing your refund request within 21 days of receiving all the information required for processing the refund like a reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services at any time and receive any refund due pursuant to our refund policy. You will not be auto billed on a monthly basis. You will receive an invoice requesting payment for the upcoming month's services, however, if you don’t pay, we don’t work on your account! This is a great system as you remember to stay in contact with us, and we get to update you on how well things are going on a regular basis!

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this refund & cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the refund & cancellation policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification through other appropriate communication channels.
